-Learn from a Conference Message Listen to or read a General Conference message related to a spiritual principle you would like to strengthen and identify 3 takeaways.
-Explore Sacred Spaces Visit a place that encourages spiritual reflection and learn something about its purpose, history, or significance.
Do:
-Build a Spiritual Habit Choose a spiritual practice such as prayer, scripture study, meditation, or reflection and practice it consistently for 3–4 weeks.
-Good Things Challenge Write down one good thing that happened to you or that you witnessed each day for 3–4 weeks.
-Practice Gratitude Record 3 things you are grateful for at least 3 times a week for one month.
-Serve Others Complete an intentional act of service each week for 4 weeks
-Find Stillness Spend 10–15 minutes in prayer, meditation, reflection, or quiet contemplation at least twice a week for one month.
-Devotional Challenge Attend or watch a BYU devotional each week for 4 weeks and record one takeaway from each.
-Put Your Values Into Practice Choose one personal value and intentionally practice it for 3–4 weeks, noting how it influences your choices.
-Digital Pause Choose a regular time each week for 4 weeks to disconnect from technology and use that time for reflection, spiritual growth, or meaningful connection.
-Spend Time in Nature Spend intentional time outdoors once a week for 4 weeks without digital distractions and use the time for reflection or gratitude.
-Strengthen a Relationship Choose someone important to you and intentionally strengthen that relationship through meaningful connection, service, or conversation over 3–4 weeks.
-Act on Inspiration Keep track of spiritual impressions or meaningful insights for 3–4 weeks and intentionally act on at least 2 of them.
Share:
-Share something you learned about spiritual wellness with a friend, family member, classmate, or coworker.
-Invite someone to attend a BYU devotional, worship service, or spiritually uplifting event with you.
-Share a devotional, podcast, talk, scripture, or other spiritual resource that was meaningful to you.
-Invite someone to join you in a gratitude, reflection, or spiritual wellness challenge. Have a meaningful conversation with someone about faith, purpose, values, gratitude, or spiritual growth.
-Complete an act of service with someone else and reflect together on the experience. Share one spiritual wellness practice that has helped you and encourage someone else to try it.
-Encourage a friend or coworker to set a spiritual wellness goal and check in with them on their progress.
-Share how one activity from this badge strengthened your sense of purpose, connection, or well-being.
-Write a note of gratitude or encouragement to someone who has positively influenced your life.
